Objective of EP
The educational innovative program is aimed at training masters who carry out scientific research, political management and analytical activities in the ethnopolitical sphere.
Training of competitive masters of social sciences with personal, managerial professional competencies in the field of interethnic relations, in-depth theoretical and practical knowledge in the field of modern areas of ethnopolitics and intercultural dialogue, capable of applying the skills acquired in research, practical and pedagogical spheres.
The concept of education program
The educational program includes three main trajectories of education - Theory and practice of ethnopolitical science; National security, migration and ethnopolitical processes; Political, ethnic conflicts and identity. Achievement of learning outcomes for this educational program (EP) will be provided by scientific and pedagogical personnel with specialization corresponding to the profile of the taught innovative disciplines, including foreign ones; as well as a differentiated choice of practice-oriented topics of master's dissertation research, using modern scientific methods and methods of active learning.

Objective of EP
The educational program is aimed at preparing PhDs in management and diplomacy in the ethno-political sphere.
Training of competitive PhD-doctors with integrative knowledge in social sciences, general scientific and professional methodology of scientific research, who are able to solve specific empirical problems, taking into account the specifics and characteristics of world ethnopolitical trends, regulation of ethnopolitical processes using the tools of diplomacy
The concept of education program
The Program’s innovative character is determined by its interdisciplinary and practice-oriented nature. It aims at improving the skills of analyzing the state of ethnopolitics and interstate relations, ethnomigration trends and migration policy in general, ethnointegration processes in multiethnic states. The formation of skills and abilities of PhD students in scientific, analytical and expert activities in the public sector, diplomatic and interethnic spheres, international organizations and other structures will be carried out in accordance with the needs of the modern labor market. Mastering the practical skills of monitoring and analysis, management of ethno-political processes and conflicts applying the tools of diplomacy will ensure professional participation in the development and further implementation of preventive measures
